This policy covers Aroviya Health accounts, public pages and health-record features. The operator's formal legal identity and registered address are pending confirmation and are tracked as launch blockers.

  • Health information that you choose to add, including documents, confirmed results, medicines, conditions and notes.
  • Your consent, sharing choices and access history.
  • Security and service information needed to operate, protect and improve Aroviya.

We use information to provide the vault, organise records, show confirmed results, support reminders, enable sharing you request and protect the service. Optional document reading and AI explanations are controlled by your choices and regional availability.

4. Service providers

Aroviya relies on service providers for account access, databases, encrypted file storage, email delivery and optional document processing. Provider availability and processing location can vary by region. Health information is not sold or used for advertising.

5. Sharing and access

You decide which selected records to share and for how long. You can revoke active shares. Account, caregiver and provider access remains subject to permission and security checks.

6. Data location

Data location and processing controls depend on your country and the services available for that region. Aroviya does not claim that every data class is processed in the same location.

7. Your choices and rights

You can review and correct information, manage consent and sharing, and request export or deletion through available account tools or support. Some requests require identity checks, and limited security or audit information may need to be retained.
