Terms of Service

1. Service operator

The operator's formal legal name and registered address are pending confirmation and are tracked as launch blockers. These terms must receive legal approval before final publication.

2. What Aroviya provides

Aroviya provides tools to organise health records, review confirmed information, manage medicines and share selected information. Features may vary by plan, country, service availability and operational safety controls.

3. Medical boundaries

Aroviya helps organise and explain health information. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace a qualified healthcare professional. AI explanations are educational and organisational only. Aroviya is not an emergency service.

4. Your account and information

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for checking information read from uploaded documents before confirming it. Only add information you are authorised to store or manage.

5. Sharing

You control which available records you share. Check the selected information, recipient and expiry before creating a share, and revoke access when it is no longer needed.

6. Paid plans

Paid plans are not available for purchase until a verified production payment flow is enabled. Aroviya will not represent a plan as purchased unless payment is completed through that verified flow.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass security, consent or access controls.
  • Do not add or share information without authority to do so.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful or emergency-response purposes.

8. Changes and availability

We may update features and these terms as the service develops. Safety controls may limit a feature or region when required to protect users and their information.
